Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and business platform at erp.badkamertien.nl (the "Platform"), operated by Badkamer Tien B.V., trading as Badkamertien.

Purchases of products and services are governed by our general terms and conditions of sale (in Dutch): Algemene Voorwaarden.

2. The Platform

The Platform is the business management environment of Badkamertien. It is used by our staff to manage customers, quotations, orders, planning and after-sales service, and to manage our own business social media accounts. Customers can use the customer portal to view their quotations, orders, invoices and appointments. Public pages provide information about our company, showroom and policies.

3. Accounts and access

• Access to the back office is limited to authorised employees and partners of Badkamertien.
• Customer portal accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, security risks or a breach of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems; interfere with the Platform's operation or security (including by scraping, overloading or introducing malicious code); or upload content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Social media integrations

The Platform connects to third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest through their official APIs, solely to manage business accounts that Badkamertien (or a brand it works with) is authorised to manage. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms. An account administrator can revoke access at any time through the platform's settings. How we handle data received through these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy; deletion requests are explained on our data deletion page.

6. Content and intellectual property

All texts, images, logos and software on the Platform are owned by Badkamertien or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our prior written permission. Brand names and logos of manufacturers belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and liability

We take great care to keep the Platform available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Badkamertien is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. See also our disclaimer (Dutch).

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
