Data deletion / Verwijdering van gegevens

You can ask Badkamer Tien B.V. (Badkamertien) at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data we received through our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest integrations (for example comments or messages you left on our posts).

Option 1 — Send us a deletion request

1. Email info@badkamertien.nl with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name, the email address or phone number you used with us and, if it concerns social media, the platform and your username or profile link.
3. We confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation once it is done.

Option 2 — Remove our app on the platform

• Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select our app and choose Remove. Instagram professional accounts connected through Facebook are covered by the same step.
• Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) and remove our app.
• TikTok and Pinterest: open your account's security or app permission settings and revoke access for our app.

When Meta notifies us that our app was removed or that data deletion was requested, our platform automatically deletes the access tokens and the stored interactions from that account, and returns a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.

What we may retain

We may keep data that we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and accounting records (7 years under Dutch tax law). Such data is kept only for that purpose and deleted when the retention period ends.

U kunt Badkamertien op elk moment vragen de persoonsgegevens die wij van u hebben te verwijderen, inclusief gegevens die wij via onze koppelingen met Facebook, Instagram, TikTok of Pinterest hebben ontvangen (bijvoorbeeld reacties of berichten op onze berichten).

1. Stuur een e-mail naar info@badkamertien.nl met als onderwerp "Verwijderingsverzoek".
2. Vermeld uw naam, het e-mailadres of telefoonnummer dat u bij ons gebruikte en, als het om social media gaat, het platform en uw gebruikersnaam of profiellink.
3. Wij bevestigen de ontvangst binnen 5 werkdagen en voeren de verwijdering binnen 30 dagen uit. U ontvangt een bevestiging zodra dit is gebeurd.

U kunt de toegang van onze app ook zelf intrekken via de instellingen van uw account op het betreffende platform. Gegevens die wij wettelijk moeten bewaren, zoals facturen (7 jaar fiscale bewaarplicht), bewaren wij uitsluitend voor dat doel.
